Sticker Material Types

At StickerPrintingChina, we have a variety of sticker materials and formats for you depending on your application. We understand that there are subtleties to stickers that impact your branding, and at times there can be uncertainty around what the best choice for your brand is. So, we’re going to break down the differences and benefits of each sticker to help you make an educated decision. Paper Sticker

White and glossy surface, environmentally friendly. The glossy sheen of paper stickers means that when colors are printed on them, they will look bright and vibrant!
Paper stickers are our most cost-effective, basic sticker material. Even with a low price tag, quality is not compromised.
it is writable. Just use a ballpoint pen or oil-based marker to write and wait a couple of seconds (but not a gel pen or water-based marker, those are trickier)! The ink won’t smudge afterward – not even if you try to rub it.
Widely use across industries and economical option, most of the stickers you see around you are paper stickers.
Can opt for finishing with Gloss Lamination or Matt Lamination (water-resistant).
Removable Paper is available upon request.

Kraft Paper Sticker

Brown and matte surface, Eco-friendly material with natural kraft face stock.
Brown Kraft is an unbleached paper that blends seamlessly into corrugated cartons and bags.
Brown Kraft goes through less processing than other types of paper. The paper’s natural color and unrefined texture are perfect for adding a natural, environmentally friendly look to your products and belongings.
Laser, inkjet printable. It is important to note, that because of the brown color, Kraft paper will alter the colors you’ve selected for your labels. For this reason, we recommend using White Underprint.

Fluorescent Paper Sticker

Available in a variety of vibrant colors. (Green/ Red/ Yellow/ Orange/ Pink)
Vibrant colors make your products stand out.
We recommend using fluorescent stickers for mostly indoor use. For example food & drinks packaging, inventory labels, warning labels or for short-term outdoor use. For example; special promotion labels or construction site warning stickers.
Laser, inkjet printable. Best used with black ink only.
Permanent stick adhesive.

Vinyl Sticker

Vinyl stickers are the most used in the industry. This material comes in white and clear and will work for most applications.
Vinyl stickers have a soft, pliable feel. The soft feel of vinyl helps the sticker conform to rounded surfaces like a hard hat.
It is weather-proof and is excellent for outdoor durability. Perfectly fine for all kinds of mid to long term indoor and outdoor uses, unless subjected to excessive abrasion or chemical exposure.

Clear / Transparent Sticker

The transparent background also helps to ensure that the design stands out against the surface it’s pasted on.
Provide higher adhesion compare to Paper on a slightly curvy surface.
Water, oil, and chemical resistant.
Finishing with Gloss Lamination is recommended for decorative labels – increase durability and resistance to moisture.
Clear / Transparent are more expensive than our standard stickers, but this extra cost also translates into high-quality stickers that are guaranteed to last.

Synthetic Waterproof Sticker

Synthetic stickers are made of plastic, thus making them much stronger and more durable than paper stickers. The base material is matte, but prints on this material come out brilliantly glossy.
Synthetic stickers are tough and tear-resistant*, ensuring that they are able to last longer than regular paper stickers (Not suitable for exhibition in the outdoor long-term display).
Synthetic stickers are our most versatile stickers by far. For example, toiletries, cosmetics, electrical tags, etc.
Synthetic stickers are a wonderful compromise between price and quality – cheaper than vinyl stickers, but of better quality than regular Paper stickers.

Matte Sliver Sticker

Bright or Matt metalized film featuring excellent tear strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance, scratchproof and waterproof.
Widely used as specification labels of electric, in- and outdoor electrical appliance, etc. Besides commercial products, they are highly suitable for pasting on equipment and machinery for a sleek look.
Matt silver sticker will certainly give a deluxe touch to any item.
Can opt for finishing with Gloss or Matt Lamination for more protection.
* Bright Silver/ Bright Gold/ Matt Gold/ White/ Clear Polyester is available for request.

Warranty Void Sticker

Providing an opening, modifying, and counterfeiting prevention to protect certified products and accurate information.
Our tamper-proof packaging Material is designed to offer visible evidence of tampering when attempting label removal from the substrate. This can be in the form of a VOID, OPEN VOID, or OPENED, and custom tamper-indicating messages.
Available in a variety of colors. (Green/ Red/ Yellow/ Green/ Blue/ Silver/ White/ Clear)
Tamper Evident Materials have high residue and low residue
Application of Electronic, Cosmetics, shipping company, and other industry.

Destructive Sticker

Smooth matt white surface and breakable material.
For security labeling. Destructible warranty adhesive labels are special tamper-evident stickers and will break into pieces once removed.
Common uses include asset tracking or warranty marking such as Ultra Destructible Asset Labels, Warranty Stickers.

Hologram sticker

Smooth surface with a proprietary rainbow color holographic background.
Vibrant colors make your products stand out, holographic refraction enhances the visual appearance of finished products.
Widely used for promotion labeling.
